Mike McClain
President of Operations
As founder of TCC, Mike oversees the company and works hand-in-hand with his son, Derrick. He built this company with his own hands in 1976 and hasn’t stopped since. With over 45 years of contractor experience, Mike’s expertise is one of a kind.
Derrick McClain
Vice President of Operations
As a second-generation roofing contractor, Derrick began working with the company as soon as he could walk. As a teenager, he began working as a laborer and learned how to run the business from start to finish. Over the years he progressed from a crew member to a supervisor and eventually became the Vice President of Operations. Today, Derrick manages all day-to-day operations of the company.
Laura McClain, LNFA, CALM
Business Administrator & Marketing
With a background in healthcare business management and operations, Laura joined the company in 2018 part-time which turned into full-time in the coming years. Laura is originally from the Southeast Texas area and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Lamar University. She is the wife to Vice President, Derrick, and the mother to their beautiful daughter Riley.
Beaux Kelly
Outside Sales SETX
Beaux is a US Army Airborne Veteran, husband to Stacy, and father to Savannah and Ashlynn. He graduated from Lamar Institute of Technology with a degree in Process Operations. His experience comes from a background in chemical plants as a process operator and maintenance coordination. His personality is one that people gravitate to. He missed his calling as a rodeo star or even a country music singer. His aspirations are to be a cowboy billboard model but instead settled for selling roofing jobs. Beaux’s role at TCC is to increase sales in the SETX region and help ensure our clients are taken care of like family.
